Direct dial numbers for Customer Advocates can be given if a case has been assigned to them.

1. Put the caller on hold.
2. Click the magnifying glass.
3. Enter advocate name in search box.
4. Hover over advocate's name.
5. Click Call.
6. Advocate's name will appear below search box.
7. Hover over name.
8. Click Complete Transfer.
