Ferguson True Blue Appliance Customer Care Program

In an effort to improve service levels to their customers, Ferguson is rolling out a national appliance service initiative called True Blue Customer Care.

Ferguson partnered with New Leaf, a third party extended contract and Customer Care service provider, whose primary responsibility is to field calls from Ferguson customers who are in need of assistance in resolving a service problem (both in and out of warranty), to obtain repair parts or support an extended service contract on an appliance purchased from Ferguson.

• New Leaf will use the Service Locator found on the Sub-Zero-Wolf web site to identify and contact an authorized Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove service provider based on the customer’s zip code.
• If you receive a call from True Blue Customer Care requesting an FCS referral for a customer, and there is at least one service company in Locator for that zip code, please email the ticket to Marci after completing the call.
• For installation-related issues, customers will be advised to contact their installer.
• The program should be implemented in all of Ferguson's areas by the end of July.

We anticipate our Customer Care Team, Servicers, Parts Distributors, and Installers will treat New Leaf and Ferguson customers with the same high-quality experience we deliver to all of our customers.
