Return a Product Replacement to the Factory

Answer:
Engineering or Employee Sales alerts the Service Administrative email group when they want a product back for review or employee sales. Service Administrative, Engineering or the case manager updates the Product Replacement Tool.
If one of these departments has been involved in the product replacement prior to the RMT, and request the product be returned, note this on the Ticket Attachment, along with the correct Return to Factory label color to be used as noted below:

Return to Factory - HAWAII:
If Return to Factory is selected for products in Hawaii, the following alert will show:
- Hawaii - Return to Factory Would Require Additional Cost
- Be sure the return to factory is necessary before selecting a Hawaii product for return.
Return to Factory - CANADA:
If Return to Factory is selected for products in Canada, the following alert will show:
- International - Return to Factory Would Require Additional Cost for Going Through Customs
- Be sure the return to factory is necessary before selecting a Canadian product for return.
