If this is occurring soon after installation, the water pump might need to be primed to fill water pump with water.

  1. Verify that there is no leak present.
  2. Pour a couple cups of water into the unit.
  3. Run a rinse cycle.
  4. If problem persists, contact Factory Certified Service.

Othwerwise, turn off power and water to unit.
