Cove Dishwasher Fan Noise

Cause:

  • Drier Fan is hitting a machining chip

Troubleshooting:

  1. Place the dishwasher in the Quick cycle.
  2. Allow the unit to advance to the Dry cycle.
  3. If the noise is present:
    1. Remove the kickplate from the unit.
    2. Use a flashlight to inspect inside the drier duct (highlighted in yellow) for any obstruction.
    3. Remove the obstruction.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
