Answer:

To replace the middle rack non-adjustable tines:

1. Open the door, and pull the middle rack forward.
2. Remove the rails' end caps. Pull the end cap locking tabs outward, then pull the end caps off the rails.
3. Remove the rack and place it on a flat surface, facing upward.
4. Remove the tine clips by pressing down on the part of the clip opposite the tine.
   • The clips will release from the rack and slide off the tine.
   • The front tine clip looks different, but is removed the same way.
5. Once the clips are removed, remove the tine from the rack.
