To replace the middle rack non-adjustable tines:
- Open the door, and pull the middle rack forward.
- Remove the rails' end caps. Pull the end cap locking tabs outward, then pull the end caps off the rails.
- Remove the rack and place it on a flat surface, facing upward.
- Remove the tine clips by pressing down on the part of the clip opposite the tine.
- The clips will release from the rack and slide off the tine.
- The front tine clip looks different, but is removed the same way.
- Once the clips are removed, remove the tine from the rack.
