Appliance Already Connected

Troubleshooting:
Use the Connectivity Kit Lookup to see the connected status of an appliance by serial number.
If the appliance shows already connected:
- Check your phone for the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App and see if this appliance is listed.
- If you have not connected the appliance, try connecting it using the Connected Appliance Quick Start Guide. This details setup to connect Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances to control functions remotely with a mobile device.
Note: Connecting an already connected appliance removes it from the previous user's account in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. If someone else previously connected the appliance, then it will not appear in their app anymore. See also, Set Up Connected Appliance for Pairing.
