Appliance Already Connected

Troubleshooting:

Use the Connectivity Kit Lookup to see the connected status of an appliance by serial number.

If the appliance shows already connected:

  1. Check your phone for the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App and see if this appliance is listed.

  1. If you have not connected the appliance, try connecting it using the Connected Appliance Quick Start Guide. This details setup to connect Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances to control functions remotely with a mobile device.

Note: Connecting an already connected appliance removes it from the previous user's account in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. If someone else previously connected the appliance, then it will not appear in their app anymore. See also, Set Up Connected Appliance for Pairing.
