Answer:
All replacement parts for Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and Cove products—including sales accessory parts—are covered by a one‑year, parts‑only warranty from the date of the part’s original installation. Labor is not included in this coverage.
To qualify for the parts‑only warranty, the unit’s serial number must be registered. This warranty applies equally to products installed indoors or outdoors.
Exceptions to this warranty include:
- Hood blowers
- Water filters
- Air filters
- Light bulbs
- Stainless steel cosmetic damage
- Parts installed on products that are not eligible for warranty coverage (e.g., domestic products installed in another country, products listed as scrapped)
Additional details:
- Hood blowers are covered under the Wolf Five‑Year Parts‑Only Warranty.
- Water filters, air filters, and light bulbs are not covered for normal use unless the part is defective.
- Stainless steel cosmetic components are covered for 60 days.
For defective parts purchased from a Factory Certified Parts Distributor, contact the selling distributor for replacement. The distributor will ship the warranted replacement part.
- If the same Factory Certified Service Company performs a repeat repair within the one-year parts warranty period, they must submit a one‑year parts claim in ServiceBench® to recover part costs.
- For unauthorized service companies or customers who purchased directly from a Factory Certified Parts Distributor, the distributor must send the replacement part and submit a ServiceBench® claim for payment.
