Answer:

A Product Replacement offer expires 61 days after it was issued.

  • This email is set to send 14 days before expiration of the offer.
  • Email is triggered for all tickets at Pending Written Acceptance.
  • If the email does not send at 14 days before expiration, it will retry each day after.
  • This is to make sure the email sends in the event of a system outage, etc.
