Please contact our Service Administrative Team to make payment for your product replacement:

  • Phone: 800-404-7820 to make payment via credit card.
  • Mail check: Make your check out to Sub-Zero Group and mail it to Sub-Zero Group, Service Administration, P.O. Box 44848, Madison, WI 53744-4848

Once your payment is processed, arrangements will be made with a local Installer to have your new unit installed, and remove the old unit from your home.
