U.S. product replacement payment instructions are different than Canada. There are no email communications for international product replacements. The customer works directly with the assigned Product Distributor for International product replacements.

Once your payment is processed, arrangements will be made with a local Installer to have your new unit installed and remove the old unit from your home.
