Product Replacement or RMT Accepted Payment Methods for Non-Affiliated Distributors

Answer:

The Regional Product Distributor will determine which payments are acceptable as well as when payment is due. Sub-Zero/Wolf Customer Care will not collect payment for Non-Affiliated Distributors. Unfortunately, if the Product Distributor does not accept certain types of payment, Sub-Zero and Wolf cannot mandate the payment forms they accept. Customers will have to make arrangements to pay by one of the accepted methods for their Product Distributor to complete the transaction.
