Troubleshooting:
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
- Verify the Sub-Zero Group Owners App has Bluetooth permissions enabled
- iOS: Go to Settings > Sub-Zero Owners Group App > ensure Bluetooth is enabled
- Android: Go Settings > Apps > Sub-Zero Owners Group App.
- Android 11 and below, ensure location permissions are enabled.
- Android 12 and up, ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Retry workflow.
