Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Unable to Communicate Over Bluetooth

Troubleshooting:
- If the appliance is already added to your account and you are being prompted to connect to Bluetooth, check that your mobile device has a Wi-Fi or cellular internet connection.
- Reboot your Wi-Fi router by turning it off and back on again or unplugging it and plugging it back in
- If the appliance continues to fail to connect, the appliance should be removed from the device's Bluetooth settings. In your mobile device's settings menu:
- Go to Bluetooth settings.
- Find the appliance in the known Bluetooth device list.
- Remove or “forget” the appliance.
- Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
- Retry pairing the appliance.
