- Wi-Fi credentials failed to send in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App
- Wi-Fi name and password failed to send to the appliance
Troubleshooting:
If the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App was unable to send your Wi-Fi name and password to the appliance:
- Forget the appliance from the mobile device's Bluetooth settings:
- Open the mobile device's Settings and select Bluetooth.
- Locate the appliance and select the Information Button.
- Select Forget this Device.
- Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds and back on again.
Note: Appliances cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network that contains a straight quotation mark in the name or password. This should be uncommon.
- If quotation marks are used in the network name or password, remove the quotation marks from the name or password before connecting.
