Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Unable to Submit Address Information

Troubleshooting:

If the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App is unable to submit your address information to complete the account setup and registration:

  1. Go to the Product Registration website.
  2. Log in with the email address and password connected with the account.
  3. Under the Your Account Menu, select Edit Account.
  4. Enter the appliance address. 
  5. Select Save.
