Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Time Sync on Connected Products

In the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App version 3.0 and higher, the time zone is selected when pairing the appliance.

If a product shows the wrong time after Daylight Saving Time or after initial appliance connection:

  1. Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
  2. See the app version. Update to version 3.0 or higher if the product is not showing the correct time and you have an earlier version.
  3. Select the appliance showing the wrong time from the list of products.
  4. Tap Settings under the product image.
  5. Tap Set Time Zone.
  6. Confirm Appliance Location and the Current Time are correct.
  7. Tap 'Set Time.' The connected module time resets shortly after.
