Answer:

To initiate Showroom Mode on a 700 Series unit with an ice on/off button on the control panel, including IC-27R and IC-27FI models:

  1. Turn the unit OFF using the POWER key.
  2. Press and hold either pair of WARMER and COLDER keys, then the POWER key and release all 3 keys.
  3. The actual ambient temperatures will be shown.
  4. To return the unit to normal operation, repeat steps 1 - 3.

To initiate or disable Showroom Mode on 700 Series units without an ice on/off button, contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
