Cause:

  • Zone 1 evaporator thermistor shorted

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. If the error still appears after the troubleshooting steps are complete, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
