For any suspected sealed system door loop leaks:
- Isolate and pressurize the loop
- Using nitrogen pressurize loop ay 150/200 PSI for 30 Minutes (especially R134A)
- If pressure degrades more than 5 PSI, confirmed leak
- If door loop leak is confirmed, photograph hose connections to both ends of door loop lines and gauge reading.
- Contact Sub-Zero Tech Line.
- If leak is not confirmed, continue to troubleshoot sealed system as needed.
Answer:
If pressure does not degrade 5 PSI the loop does not have a leak and tech should continue with diagnostics.
