Cause:

  • Pad error
  • Stuck key error

Troubleshooting:

If a CI Induction Cooktop shows error code 22:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Retest the unit operation.
  2. The error can occur if a pan or utensil is left on the control pad while the cooktop is unlocked. Remove the utensil or pan.
