Wolf EC24 Coffee System Infuser Will Not Move

Troubleshooting:

  1. Try to remove and install infuser by wiggling it back and forth, then up and down. Refer to the image below.
  2. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
