Answer:

The preset temperature on Wolf Steamer, Grill, Fryer and Multi-Function modular units cannot be changed; the temperature can be increased or decreased from the preset temperature. 

If these steps do not resolve the issue or if your Wolf product is not heating properly, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
