Topics:

  • How to use the cleanse mode on a CSO with knob control?
  • CSO Cleanse Mode Options and temperature

Answer:

The Convection Steam Oven (CSO) Cleanse mode uses steam to clean baby bottles and canning jars, and is faster and safer than conventional methods.

  • Do not use the CSO as a substitute for sanitizing baby bottles or other jars.
  • Cleanse mode is not designed to sanitize dishes.

These instructions apply to older CSOs with a knob. For newer CSOs without a knob, refer to Convection Steam Oven (Touch Control) Sanitize Mode.

Setting Cleanse mode:

  1. Press OK.
  2. Turn knob to Cleanse.
  3. Press OK.
  4. Turn knob to select desired option:
    • Cleanse Baby Bottles
    • Prepare Jam Jar
    • Preserve Jam
  5. Press OK.
