Convection Steam Oven Error Code E13

Cause:

  • Electromagnetic disturbances
  • Heating and main relay short circuited
  • Temperature sensor, relay error, or a programming issue
  • Reached maximum cooking space temperature

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. For error E13, no troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
