Cause:

• Maximum hold time exceeded
• An operation timed out while waiting for input

Troubleshooting:

An operation is put on hold if waiting for input. For example, the door must be closed or the water tank must be filled before the unit can continue. If the operation is on hold for longer than 1-3 hours, the operation is canceled.

1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
2. Retest the unit operation.
3. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
