Convection Steam Oven Error Code E51

Cause:

• Quit error in the case of appliances with K3.20398-0 or K3.20398-1 software; message probably caused by software error
• Wrong connection of neutral and pole conductor in case of 1–phase connection (applies for appliances with processor with version small -2)
• Processor faulty

Troubleshooting:

Note that this error code can mean different things depending on the model.

Knob control: Processor neutral conductor to main relay (N') records error.

1. Quit error in the case of appliances with K3.20398-0 or K3.20398-1 software. Message probably caused by software error.
2. Wrong connection of neutral and pole conductor in case of 1–phase connection (Applies for appliances with processor with version smaller -2).
3. Processor faulty. Replace the relay board.

Touch control: Relay calibration invalid
