Convection Steam Oven Error Code E72

Cause:

  • Drain pump pumping off too little water
  • Water conductivity too low
  • Foam in boiler housing (unsuitable descaling agent)
  • Open circuit in the drive motor of the water tank
  • Top heat actuator defective or not connected

Troubleshooting:

  1. Verify Convection Steam Oven water requirements are met. See CSO Water Requirements.
  2. Descale the product if it has not been done recently. See CSO Oven Descaling.
  3. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
