Convection Steam Oven Error Code E78

Cause

  • Draining of plumbed CSO
  • Drain Sump level sensor pin dirty
  • Short circuit in Drain Sump level sensor
  • Short circuit in Sensor Module

Troubleshooting

  1. Flush drain with plenty of hot water to clean grease off level sensor pin
  2. If error does not clear, or comes back, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
