Convection Steam Oven Error Code E85

Cause:

  • Short circuit in slide motor or in its wiring
  • Short circuit in stepper motor.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. If these steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
