  • Downdraft noisy when raising or lowering

Answer:

The periscope motor on a Wolf Downdraft product will slow down the last few inches of travel when closing. This is normal Downdraft operation.
If unusual noises are heard while the Downdraft periscope is traveling up or down such as scraping, loud humming or buzzing or clunking service may be needed.
Refer to the product use and care guide for further information.
