Answer:

To Enter Sabbath Mode on the SO2450TE:

  1. Touch 
  2. Touch Individual Settings.
  3. Touch Sabbath Mode.
  4. Touch On or Off

When On, Sabbath Mode appears on the touchscreen.

  • Select between Sabbath Bake and Sabbath Bake Humid. 
  • The oven remains on for up to 78 hours while in Sabbath Mode.
