Module Cooktops Error Code E13

Cause:

  • Either RTD temperature above specified limit
    • SM15TF/S: RTD exceeds 250°F for more than 5 seconds
    • FM15TF/S: RTD exceeds 450°F for more than 5 seconds

Troubleshooting:

Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Then retest the unit operation.
