Answer:
The Legacy Dual Fuel (DF) Range oven has a timer that operates independently from the oven controls.
- Once a time is set in hours and minutes, the countdown appears in the display window.
- Only the last minute counts down in seconds.
To set the oven timer:
- Press Timer.
- Press the arrow up or arrow down key to set desired cooking time in hours and minutes.
- Press Enter or Timer to start timer.
- Two beeps will sound.
- When timing is complete, the oven will chime intermittently and the time will continually flash.
- To exit oven timer function, press Timer and then press Clear twice to clear the time and return to the clock.
- The timer will turn off by itself after five minutes, and the display will show the time of day clock.
NOTE: Turning off the oven while timer is running will not cancel the timer.
