Answer:

Wolf baking pans are made of sheet metal; and are porcelain coated in Wolf Cobalt Blue.

  • The baking sheet dimensions for 30" M Series Ovens are 14-3/4" D x 24-3/4" W x 1" H.
  • The pan is used in place of the oven rack. Remove rack and slide pan directly in to rack guides.
  • More than one pan can be used at a time.

This part can be purchased from your Local Dealer or a Factory Certified Parts Distributor.
