Cause:

  • Touchpad communications fault

Troubleshooting:

  1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  2. Retest the unit operation.
  3. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available for fault code 6B30. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
