Cause:

  • Meat probe detected as shorted

Troubleshooting:

  1. Make sure probe is fully in the receptacle. Insert if needed.
  2. Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again.
  3. Retest unit operation.
  4. If error 09 is still present after following these steps, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
