Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Login Issues


Reset Account Password

To reset a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account password:

  1. Go to the Product Registration Website.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address used for your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account.
  4. Click Submit. The instructions for resetting the password are sent via email to that email address.

Password reset is also available in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.

  1. Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the upper left.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Reset Password to reset the password for the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account as shown in the screenshots below.
