Classic Series (BI) and 600 Series Face Frame Sill Patch

Cause:

  • Something dropped on face frame
  • Condenser fan motor failed causing face frame to overheat
  • Freezer face frame patch kits are available for 600 Series and Classic series (BI) products. They cover any cracks on the bottom of the freezer-side face frame when something drops on the frame and cracks it.
  • The kits are used on 600 products starting with serial number 1810000 and all BI products.
  • Kits are not available for any other products. Refer to Sub-Zero Interior Scratched or Cracked for information on other models.
  • Verify availability and part number accuracy using the Parts Price List.
  • Service is required for replacement. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
