  • How to fix a scratch or crack in a Sub-Zero

Cause:

  • Damage caused by shipping
  • Heavy object falls or is dropped inside unit
  • Pans or other containers pressed against wall of unit

Answer:

Service is needed to determine if interior damage may be something that is easily fixed or repairable.

  • Fine or small scratches, sometimes described as cracks, can be touched up with paint. See Sub-Zero White Paint for details on repairing them.
  • Door liners are not available separately. Damage requires the entire door to be replaced. See Sub-Zero Door Liner Damage.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
