  1. Verify the water tank is full. Press a glass against the dispenser until water begins to flow.
  2. Remove water filter then repeat step 1 to determine if water filter is clogged. If water begins to flow, replace filter, available for purchase through Sub-Zero’s Accessory Store.
  3. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
