Cause

• No beans in whole coffee bean hopper
• Grinder is jammed
• Grinder motor is faulty
• No power to the grinder

Troubleshooting

If the "Fill Beans Container" message still appears when the bean hopper is full, this may be due to oily beans.

1. With the product OFF, use a butter knife or similar object to loosen the beans in the hopper.
2. If the Coffee System begins working, try using different coffee beans.
3. If the display continues to show FILL BEANS CONTAINER, no further troubleshooting advice is available.

Answer:

When the Beans Container gets to the minimum level, the Fill Beans Container screen is shown.

1. Rotate the cover to the open position.
2. Fill the Beans Container with whole, uncoated coffee beans.
3. Rotate the cover to the closed position.
