The Convection Broil Mode shortens broiling times for thicker cuts of meat, fish, and poultry.
- Convection broil is available on some legacy E Series Ovens and Dual Fuel Ranges, as well as L Series Ovens.
- Convection Broil is not available on current E Series Ovens and Dual Fuel Ranges, as well as M Series Ovens.
