To prepare a ham in a Wolf convection oven:

  1. Set the oven to Roast.
  2. Set the preheat temperature to 325°F.
  3. Insert the temperature probe and set it to 140°F.
  4. Allow approximately 20 minutes per pound of cooking time.
  5. Cover with a roasting lid.
