CG Gas Cooktops include:

  • Dual-stacked, sealed burners.
    • 1 enhanced 18,000 Btu burner up from 15,000 Btu.
      • Boil time 25% faster (5 quarts of water in a 6 quart pot tested).
      • Front left burner on Transitional and Professional Gas Cooktops.
    • True simmer and melt feature.
  • Optimized burner locations.
  • More burner Btu options for greater control and performance.
  • Professional Gas Cooktop offers red, black, or stainless knobs.
