Sub-Zero Group Owner's App - Oven Probe


  • Set probe temperature through the connected appliance app
  • Temperature probe reading on app is not the same as the temperature probe reading on the oven
  • App temperature probe and oven temperature probe displays do not match


To set the probe temperature and for use instructions, refer to Wolf Temperature Probe Instructions. Setting up the probe cannot be done remotely.

Once the probe is set up with a target temperature on the oven, the current and target temperatures appear on the oven dashboard, and you can change the target temperature remotely:

  1. Tap the Probe tile.
  2. Scroll to select the desired temperature.
  3. Tap Done. The target temperature on the dashboard updates to reflect the change.

You can also turn the probe off by tapping Probe Off on the temperature selection screen.


The oven temperature probe can be read, set, and changed using the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.

  • The app and the oven may not match exactly.
  • The app updates every 30 seconds. As a result, the probe temperature on the app and the probe temperature on the oven display will rarely match.
