Connected ready refers to products manufactured ready to connect to the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.

Classic (CL) Refrigeration
Classic (BI) Refrigeration
  • Products with serial numbers 4530000 to 4687791 were built connected ready.
  • From serial number 4687791 and above, contact Customer Care for a connected device at (800) 222-7820.
  • BW-30 Wine Storage units are not connected ready and cannot connect with use of a kit.

Designer (DET, DEC) Refrigeration
  • Designer (DET, DEC) models are all connected ready.
Designer (IT, IC, ID) Refrigeration
Designer Undercounter (DEU)
Designer Wine Storage (IW)
PRO 36 and PRO 48



Certain connected Wolf Ovens and Ranges can be started remotely with the Remote Ready feature. Refer to linked information below.

Dual Fuel Ranges
  • Only models starting with DF30450, DF36650, DF36450, DF48850, DF48650, DF48450, and DF60650 are built connected ready.
  • Legacy Dual Fuel Range models can not be updated to connect.

E Series Ovens
  • Starting with serial number 17455000, products are built connected ready.
  • SO24 Single Oven units are not connected ready and cannot connect with use of a kit.

Induction Ranges
  • Only models starting with IR30450, IR36550 are built connected ready.
  • Legacy Induction Range models can not be updated to connect.
  • See Induction Range Connected Feature.
M Series Ovens




Connected capable stickers:

  • Connected ready units ship with a yellow sticker that says "Connected Capable."
  • The units do not need the retrofit.
  • Verify the serial number of the product to determine if the unit is connected ready or connected capable.
