Wolf Product Turns On by Itself

Cause:

  • Circuit board malfunction
  • User error
  • Cook start or stop inadvertently turned on
  • Defective selector switch
  • Defective wire harness

Troubleshooting:

  1. Check to see that power is still active to the product by making sure the circuit breaker is on.
  2. Reset the unit by turning it on and off at the home electrical supply (circuit breaker). If the problem recurs, leave the product off at the electrical supply.
  3. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
