Tips for use:
- Included 17-3/4" trays should be placed in rack guides just like oven racks. Smaller pans and trays should be set on top of oven racks.
- Two included trays can be placed in any of four rack positions.
- Both pans are stainless steel: one solid and the other with a perforated bottom that is particularly well suited for dishes prepared in Steam mode.
- The solid pan can be used as a drip tray when placed in rack position 1 when the perforated pan is in use. See also, Convection Steam Oven Rack and Rack Guide Position.
- The flat part of a perforated stainless tray is approximately 15-1/2" x 12-1/2".
- The porcelain baking tray is a general medium heat baking and roasting pan, which is not recommended for high heat and high steam applications.
- The porcelain baking tray is intended for medium heat cooking, such as roasting a chicken on Convection Mode or baking a tray of vegetables on Convection Humid Mode.
- The porcelain coating makes for easy cleanup.
