Convection Mode provides uniform air movement, making it possible to multilevel rack cook with even browning.

Convection is ideal for cooking:

  • Biscuits, multiple trays
  • Brownies, multiple trays
  • Bundt cake

  • Cinnamon rolls, multiple trays
  • Cookies, multiple trays
  • Corn bread

To select a cooking mode:

  1. Touch the desired cooking mode on the control panel. For double ovens, touch UPPER/LOWER to select the oven.
  2. Touch ENTER to select the preset temperature or use the number pads to change the temperature.
  3. Touch ENTER.
