Answer:

M Series Contemporary and Transitional models have a Quick Start selection on the home screen. Professional models do not have Quick Start as the knobs are used to set the oven.

1. Select oven mode with knob.
2. Set temperature with other knob. Control panel will show mode and temperature.
3. Touch START on the control panel.

Quick Start

Select QUICK START to manually set oven mode and temperature.

1. Touch QUICK START. The oven will default to Bake mode.
2. Touch or use the slide bar to select the desired cooking mode.
3. Touch START to select preset temperature.
4. To change the temperature, touch or use the slide bar to select desired temperature, then touch START.

Gourmet

Select GOURMET to choose from a variety of preset cooking programs for different foods.

1. Touch GOURMET to initiate Gourmet meal preparations.
2. Select from the options on the control panel.
3. Touch START to select the preset temperature.
4. To change the temperature, touch or drag the slide bar to select desired temperature, then touch START.
